Can from the Robin Hood Hotel, Waverley. Clear, light orange with white head that dissipates quickly to nothing as per the style. Sour wheat aromas, with cactus, lime, pineapple and whole coriander seeds. The salt adds a real savoury element, combining well with the sour lime and wheat. A slightly rich palate which unfortunately takes away some of the refreshing element this beer should provide and what I was looking for at the end of a 35 degree day.
