So, a Tasmanian brewer that brews IPAs and makes cheese, I think I just triggered Trent! Brewed and conditioned in the bottle it pours a murky dark red full of sediment which I love. They are using Tasmanian spring water which gives it a really punchy bite to it. It’s not overly aggressive with the hops and is quite a traditional IPA. It’s quite nice, subtle and makes me wish I had some of their cheese to go with it!
