Another beer in the seasonal Keller Door range, this one is out of the box, moving away from hoppy norm. And in a craft beer world where every beer label seems to feature either Day of the Dead skeletons or deliberately minimalist design, this is right up there in terms of my favourite label going around.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with a pinkish tinge and thin mocha head. Cherry Ripe! Heavily toasted coconut, dark chocolate and candy cherry aromas. Sweetish flavours of roasted malt and rich dark chocolate, toasted coconut, rum, candy cherry and a slight bitterness towards the end to prevent it getting too sweet. A really rich brown ale. The sweetness ensures one 500mL bottle is enough, but it’s an enjoyable bottle!
