@beercreative have a great ethos and strong connections within the Australian beer brewing industry. With their collective knowledge they’ve released a great range of beers to the public, and today I sample the Helles Yeah Lager (thanks @rickoshea007).
The Lager poured out pale amber with a subtle head, which stayed while I drank. The aroma is light, with an essence of ginger biscuit and rose. The flavour’s strongly malty but light on sweetness, and is balanced with a slight botanic hop bitterness. The finish is dry and crisp.
This beer is best drunk well-chilled on a hot summer’s day.
