Akasha Brewings Limited Release Stout. It’s officially cold enough to be stout weather! I’ve had this one in the cellar for about 12 months, I’m so glad I did.

Pours a dark black with a caramel colour frothy head. Centennial and cascade hops are very dominant from the first sip, strong malts which don’t dominate the palate due to the clever use of hops.

It’s got the oaty mouthfeel but the hops cut through it making it extremely drinkable. It’s not a boring slow slipper like most stouts, it’s a hoppy punch in the palate.

One word, AWESOME!
