Taco night. I’m not talking posh soft shelled crab or blackened fish. I’m talking old school hard shell, beef mince, kidney beans, salad, sour cream, jalapenos, home made hot sauce and tons of guacamole. And tacos mean lager, and I’m not talking crap Mexican stuff you have to put a wedge of lime into. I’m talking properly made, flavoursome lager. Step in the Trust Tree West Coast Lager to ease the chilli away.
Can. Completely clear, very light straw colour with a frothy white head. Fresh aromas of apple juice, pear and lemon blossoms. Light apple juice flavours that doesn’t creep into sweetness, stone fruit, spritzy lemon, citrus and spicy hops and a gentle caramel malt to add balance. Highly carbonated and highly refreshing. When it’s well made, there is always a time and a place for a cold lager!
