A beautiful IPA that hails from a beautiful part of the world .
This beer comes from Wellington, in New Zealand and offers up a very well balanced IPA.
It’s not ‘blow your socks off’ bitter, but it definitely has some bite.
The aroma jumps out of the glass as you dive in for your first sip, there’s suddenly a swirl of the tropics in the air. As the amber liquid glides over the tongue, a hint of apricot washes over with bitter pine following fast behind. The bitterness slowly builds as the oily pine resin gets another coating on the taste buds.
Sitting at 5.8% ABV, this beer will stand the test of time. -Leigh.
